Terms of Service
1. Scope and acceptance
Effective: 2 November 2026. These Terms govern use of Alsalibi Connect. By creating a new account you accept the current Terms and confirm that you have been given access to the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Storage Notice. The version accepted at account creation may be recorded for evidence and compliance.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the valid authorization of a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Use Alsalibi Connect only with computers, accounts, files and services that you own or are legally authorized to access or control.
3. Prohibited use
Do not use the service for unauthorized access, credential theft, malware distribution, bypassing another person's security controls, unlawful surveillance, fraud, harassment, infringement of third-party rights, or other unlawful or harmful conduct. When you use ChatGPT or another third-party assistant, that provider's applicable terms and policies also apply to that service.
4. Remote actions and permissions
Commands, file writes, clicks, keyboard input and other remote actions can modify or delete data or change system state. The service limits actions through authenticated accounts and device permissions, but you remain responsible for reviewing permissions, maintaining backups and confirming important or irreversible actions where appropriate.
5. Availability, updates and security
We may update, repair, restrict or temporarily suspend features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or platform compatibility. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is guaranteed unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Security-sensitive client or plugin updates may be required before some functions remain available.
6. Paid subscriptions and consumer information
The ChatGPT plugin itself does not execute money transfers, cryptocurrency transfers or investment trades. If a paid recurring Alsalibi Connect subscription is activated through the website, the checkout must show the applicable price, term, renewal/cancellation conditions and legally required consumer information before the order becomes binding. Statutory withdrawal and online-cancellation functions apply where required by German/EU consumer law and are not limited by these Terms.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. Liability remains unlimited for intent and gross negligence, culpable injury to life, body or health, and liability that is mandatory under statutory product-liability rules or an expressly assumed guarantee. In cases of slight negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited, to the extent legally permitted, to the typical and foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts or infrastructure, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Account deletion can be requested from Settings. Statutory termination rights and any contractual cancellation rights for paid plans remain unaffected.
9. Applicable law and disputes
German law applies to the extent legally permitted. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected. A court venue is agreed only where such an agreement is legally permitted.
Consumer dispute resolution: unless a legal obligation applies in an individual case, the service provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Changes
Terms may be updated for legal, security or service changes. Material changes that affect an existing contractual relationship will be handled in accordance with applicable law; a new acceptance may be requested where required. The effective date identifies the current version.
